I wanted a stress-free stay on the beach and Brad 100% delivered. The accommodation was exactly like the pictures, a stress free 11th floor one bedroom with a balcony overlooking the Atlantic. The condo itself, as well as the building, was well maintained, Brad was extremely responsive when there was a minor maintenance issue which was handled seemingly in minutes, and he was able to arrange a complete cleaning in the middle of my month-long stay that made it as spotless as the moment I arrived, even arranging my shoes. The HVAC worked flawlessly throughout and delivered as promised. And the discount from Airbnb made the value exceptional. I would definitely stay here again. Kudos and thanks

We enjoyed our stay, we particularly appreciated the ocean view and the close proximity to the beach. The unit was clean and appeared to have been updated recently. The location is perfect, there are many restaurants and activities within walking distance, and if you don't mind a short drive many more of each to choose from.

Great value for the price and location. The communication was quick and really helpful. I'd suggest adding an air purifier and dehumidifier since it's an older building with some humidity. Otherwise, it was a solid spot for a last-minute getaway.
